Do we charge transaction fees?

No. We only charge a subscription fee to use the NPO App. All donations and event purchases are deposited directly into your merchant account. You only pay normal processing fees. Currently we are using Stripe, a leader in payment processing.

Is this a secure site for purchases?

Yes. We partner with Stripe, a leader in payment processing. All billing information is stored with our payment processing partner.

Do we share your information?

No. We do not sell or share information with any other companies.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next period. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.

How long are your contracts?

Currently, we only offer monthly and annual subscription. You can upgrade or cancel your account at any time with no further obligation.

Can I update my payment information?

Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information.

Can I request refund?

Unfortunately, no. We do not issue full or partial refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you feel you have a special case, please contact us.
